Talk together about the kinds of instruments you hear in the anthems and how the music makes your child feel. Then, talk about the similar words that are found in each piece.
If your child was to create an anthem for a group s/he belongs to (e.g. family, school, church, scouts, country, etc.) , what instruments would s/he choose to incorporate? What words would s/he use in the anthem to tell others how it feels to be a part of that group?
Celebrates and enhances interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence through a musical lens.
